In 2008, Josh Stanley founded the first dispensary in Denver. He had seen the benefits of medical cannabis first-hand, as well as the injustice of the current public policy. Josh wanted to provide affordable natural medicines to every member of society and he wanted to see a change in cannabis policy. Over the next six years, Josh established the predominant industry council and influenced public policy through “education, not activism.”
